How To Use Support Center?
Front Page
Click on the ‘Support Center’ button on the main page.
The system may require a new login for the support page.
Click on the ‘Create Ticket’ to create a new ticket for Arkitech Support. Also users may review existing tickets and their status.
Users fill the requested information and click on the ‘Create’ button below the form and create a new support request.
How To Use Download Center?
Front Page
Click on the ‘Download Center’ button on the main page.
Users may reach out to the latest versions of the Arkitech Designer Software under the ‘Download Center’ tab.
How To Change Password?
Front Page
Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the form.
Complete the form with the required information, then click the ‘Submit’ button.
The system will dispatch a reset email to the address provided during registration.
The e-mail will appear as shown below. Upon clicking the reset link, the system will update the password.
How To Use Licence Manager?
Front Page
Click on the ‘Licence Manager’ button on the main page.
Regular User
Users may view organizational information under the ‘Organization’ tab.
Users may also review licences in use and also their status under the ‘Licences’ tab.
It is also available to assign and drop for a specific user under the ‘Licences in Use’ tab.
Admin User
Admin users can manage all users under the ‘Users’ tab. It is available to add, remove or edit user information.
It is possible to assign and unassign licenses for a specific user under the 'Licenses in Use' tab. Beyond typical users, a license can be dedicated to a particular user, ensuring its exclusive use by that individual. Conversely, if the software is properly shut down, the license becomes available for use by another user.
It is also available to assign and drop for a specific user under the ‘Licences in Use’ tab.
How To Use License in Designer ?
Front Page
Upon initial access, a login form will be presented. After completing the requisite fields, please select the "OK" button. Two optional selections are provided:
Save Username: This feature preserves your username, thereby obviating the necessity for re-entry during subsequent login attempts.
Save Password: This feature preserves your password, thereby obviating the necessity for re-entry during subsequent login attempts.
Should a user forget their password, they can utilize the "Forgot/Change Password" button. This action will direct them to their Arkitech Account page, where they can update or change their password by clicking the "Update" button.
Upon successful login, the program displays an information page detailing your licenses and their associated subscriptions.
Users have two options:
- To save the license to the current computer and avoid re-selection upon entry, users can select "Save License ID."
- To lock the selected license to the computer, preventing access by other users even when the software is closed, users can select "Keep License."
Utilizing the Keep License Option restricts access by other users.
Click the "OK" button to launch the program.
Closing
To modify the license options upon program termination, select "Exit Program With License Options" from the main menu.
Upon selection of the desired options, the program will terminate.
- Save Username: Retains the username.
- Save Password: Stores the password.
- Save License ID: Preserves the specific selected license. (Applicable if multiple licenses exist)
- Keep License: Secures the license to the user's computer, preventing access by other users even when the software is inactiv
Should the program terminate unexpectedly due to technical difficulties, users may need to consult the Customer Portal to verify their status. If the license remains assigned to the last user, the Customer Portal administrator may be required to drop the license from the user experiencing the issue.
